Friday May 1st: Qualification rounds and opening ceremony
Saturday May 2nd: Qualification rounds and last 16
Sunday May 3rd: Quarters final, semifinals, final
Athletes have to be at the billiard table ready to play at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of the match for the allowed training time.
It is allowed only DRESS CODE B.

Update: exceptionally 28 players are confirmed for this tournament.
Registrations by National Federation through CEB website.
Inscriptions will be considered according to the following priorities:
1. One representative of the organizer federation (PLACED).
2. Athletes first registered by each federation, according to the nations ranking of last EC 3C U21, federations not represented in that ranking will be accepted as last. Then athletes registered as seconds, third and so on, according to the same order.

Qualifications: 7 groups of 4
Best 2 from each group + 2 best thirds will advance to KO rounds (last 16).

Wild Card Organizer Federation
No entry fee is due.
Competitions without entry fees or with entry fees to be paid cash on site: in case of no-show or withdrawal after the registration deadline a fine of 150€ for individuals will be imposed to the athlete . The athlete (or the team) will not be able to register for any following event until the fine has been paid. About exceptions, in case for example of force majeure or proved medical forfait, the CEB board decides.

How to get there: The venue is situated relatively close to Eleftherios Venizelos Athens airport - around 25 min by taxi.
Taxi fixed price from Airport to the Club or to the Hotel: 40€ (05:00 - 00:00) - 55€ (00:00 - 5:00)
It is also very close to Doukissis Plakentias Metro station (10 min walk).
Instructions: Take the train directly outside the airport (line M3 towards "Dimotiko Theatro / Piraeus") and get off on Doukissis Plakentias station. Either walk 10min (750m), or take a taxi from there.

CEB will take in charge the hotel cost exclusively for the athletes in double room with breakfast, for a maximum of 4 nights in the Official Hotel. HFPS will manage the reservations.
HOW TO MAKE THE RESERVATIONS:
Double room for two players (rooms only for players): by email to alex@eoaa.org.gr including players full names, nationality and in/out dates. This room is paid by the CEB. Single player reservations will be matched with another player in a double room.
Mixed rooms (players + accompanying persons): reservations directly by the guests to the Official hotel. The guests will pay the hotel bill and the CEB will refund the share of the cost for the player (i.e. 50% if one athlete and one companion are sharing a double room) upon receipt of a corresponding invoice with proof of hotel accommodation (to rainer.selgrath@eurobillard.org).
Rooms for accompanying persons (no players): directly to the hotel, CEB/HFPS are not involved.
Deadline for the Official Hotel reservations: March. 29th, 2026 (to be strictly respected)
The athletes are not obliged to stay in the Official hotel. If they choose another hotel CEB will only refund the cost of the double room (only for players) with breakfast according to prices of the Official Hotel. If a reservation is confirmed in the Official hotel any different accomodation will not be refunded.

The hotel is situated in Halandri, around a 6 minute drive from Koralli (25-30min on foot). Taxi cost is around 5 to 6 EUR.
Double room price per night: 50 EUR per person including breakfast.
