1. THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP ALL-IN-ONE 2026
The regrouped championships in 2026 will be organized at the Hotel Royal Seginus in Antalya. We remind that the date, the list of the competitions and the registrations opening and deadline are already confirmed in the CEB calendar. More information will be released at the right time.

2. CEB - LONGONI EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP FOR YOUTH IS RENEWED
CEB is delighted to announce the continuation, for 3 more sport seasons, of the partnership with Longoni, the premier Italian cue company.
Longoni will sponsor the CEB 3-Cushion Tour for our future champions, training camps (3-Cushion and 5-Pins) and the regrouped European championships (EuroYouth).

Diane Wild, CEB President: “We are very honored by this renewed confidence in the CEB projects for Youth. This precious investment will help us to consolidate our success, with always more young top players, from more nations. Some innovations to help them will also be introduced, to be announced soon.”

Pierluigi Longoni: "We are happy to have a new chance to support young players from all over Europe to grow into billiard. The partnership with CEB gave us a lot visibility and to kids many beautiful moments of good sport. Thanks to all the CEB board for this project: the Longoni brand is ready to start!"

3. THE WORLD GAMES 2025
We are proud to present the full list of the CEB representatives to The World Games 2025. We wish the best luck to our athletes in Chengdu (China)! For the first time a 3-Cushion Women competition will be played in TWG; the CEB is represented by Charlotte Sorensen (Denmark, World and European Champion), Therese Klompenhouwer, Karina Jetten (both from Netherlands) and Gülsen Degener (Türkiye).


    
For the Men's competition Martin Horn (Germany, European Champion), Tayfun Tasdemir (Türkiye), Jeremy Bury (France) and Dick Jaspers (Netherlands) will defend the CEB colors.

4. CEB-REFEREE CERTIFICATION
Once again, the CEB is pleased to announce a new CEB-Referee Certification dedicated to federations that do not yet have a CEB referee structure. This year, this activity will be held in Porto, Portugal, on September 19th and 20th 2025, at the Academia de Bilhar FC Porto in the Estádio do Dragão. 7 participants from the Federação Portuguesa de Bilhar will join this course.
On Friday 19th the 3-Cushion training camp will take place, with theory in the morning and practice in the afternoon.
On Saturday 20th the theory exam will take place in the morning and the practice exam in the afternoon.
The participating referee candidates that will pass the final evaluation will be appointed by the CEB Board as provisional CEB referees until in the next CEB General Assembly they will be proposed for the definitive appointment as CEB Referees.

5. ORGANIZATION OF CEB EVENTS IN 2026-2027 and 2027-2028
The CEB published the new Financial Conditions for Organizers for the sport seasons 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 along with the updated Protocol for Organizers.

We invite everybody who could be interested to take in charge the organization of a CEB event for the mentioned sport seasons to download and carefully read the two documents.

6. CALENDAR UPDATES FOR THE 2025-2026 SPORT SEASON
Several events are already confirmed in the CEB calendar in addition to the 2026 All-in-one, kindly save the dates. We are working to complete the calendar as soon as possible with the few events not yet confirmed.

7. ACTIVE REGISTRATIONS
Grand Prix Artistic, Gerasdorf bei Wien (Austria). Deadline July 30th. - link

8. COMING UP COMPETITIONS
The current sport season is going to be completed with 4 last competitions in the end of August. 
For the first time, 12 women representing 6 National Federations will compete for the European Championship 5-Pins Ladies in BC Kladno (August 22-23). Daniela Romiti (Italy) will return to defend her title. At the same time the 5-Pins Kladno Event 2025 will take place with 63 participants from 12 countries.

In the same week-end in Blois, France, the last Longoni 3C U21 Grand Prix for this sport season will be played with 21 young talents.
Daniel Sainz-Pardo (Spain) is the leader of the Longoni Tour Ranking and he will defend his position to gain the first wild card for the European Championship 3-Cushion Individual 25-26; two more wild cards for the second and third place are at stake, we expect an exciting competition. 

One week later it will be the time for the Predator Grand Prix 3-Cushion Ladies in BC Wedel (Germany). The CEB 3-Cushion Ladies ranking after this event will also award two wild cards to the top two athletes for the European Championship 3-Cushion Individual 25-26.


The first event of the next sport season will follow shortly after at Kennys Snooker Center in Gerasdorf bei Wien (Austria): the CEB Grand Prix Artistic (September 4-7).

9. PERMISSION TO PLAY 2025-2026
The registration by the National Federations of the "Permissions to play" for the sport season 2025-2026 is now open on CEB website. We remind that this is mandatory to enroll a player in a foreign club team in order to participate to any CEB club teams competitions (Coupe d'Europe 3-Cushion, 5-Pins and Classic).Deadline is to be strictly respected: August 31st 2025. See art. 2 of the "Basic Concepts of the Sporting Program" for complete information on this procedure.

10. NATIONAL RANKING    
We kindly remind to the National Federations that it's an obligation to inform the CEB about their National Championships final rankings, as soon as they take place, for all disciplines and age reserved championships. This can be done uploading the seasonal final rankings on CEB website using the federation account. In addition, and only for 3-Cushion (Individual, Ladies and Juniors U21), the final rankings must be sent to UMB too, with copy to CEB Sports Director, in an Excel file, adding the UMB player ID of each player. For Juniors both the birth date and the average of the National Championship must be included.
