Vietnam reclaims the world title in Viersen. Host Germany is vice-champion, bronze for Sweden and Colombia.
In the final match Martin Horn and Amir Ibraimov surrendered to the Vietnamese duo: Quyet Chien Tran and Tran Thanh Tu Nguyen.
Sweden and Germany defended the European colors in Viersen's semifinals, respectively against Vietnam and Colombia. The scotch double set decided the two finalists: Germany and Vietnam.
Scotch double was needed to solve 3 out of 4 quarters finals too. Turkiye, Spain, Netherlands and Usa could not survive the last 8.
