The italian maestro lead the group with 9 sets won after the two first daily session with his usual impressive game. Montes and Kahofer trailed at 5 and 2. Zanetti looked to be easily going to conquer the group. The third session suddenly became a thriller when Montes made a brilliant start winning 5 sets out of the first 6, only 1 went to Kahofer and 1 to Zanetti. The climax was reached in the very last set with the score board saying 10-10-3 but Zanetti did not leave a chance to the two opponents taking the set by 10-3-4.
Last group will be played next week between Polychronopoulos, Forthomme and Nilsson for the last spot in the final round.
