Registrations by federations on CEB website and open to athletes by email.
Registrations priority order:
1.The top 8 athletes in the CEB Ladies 3C Ranking in force at the opening of registrations will be accepted as first; they must confirm their participation no later than 10 days from the opening of registrations (these must be registered by federations as PLACED on CEB website). After ten days not confirmed places will be made available to other registrations as for points 2 and 3. Deadline Feb. 21st 2026.
2. Afterwards athletes registered by federations on CEB website will be accepted: maximum 1 registrations by each federation, registered as NORMAL 1. Deadline April 2nd 2026
3. Freely registered athletes (by email to the CEB Sports Director, starting from Feb. 11th) will then be accepted for the remaining places, according to the following procedure: To begin, only one registration from all nationalities which are not present in point 1 or 2 will have a priority and will be accepted as first, no matter their ranking position (if more than one from the same federations only the highest in the ranking will be considered here). Then all the other free registered athletes will be ordered in a list according to their ranking position. In the first round it will be accepted only one player for each federation scrolling down this list, thus removing the accepted athlete from the list. This procedure will be repeated again and again, until the list is empty. The accepted athletes until the number of 24 will be confirmed; those over the number of 24 will be the reserve players. Deadline April 2nd.
The first 8 athletes in the CEB 3C Ladies Ranking at the opening date of registrations must be confirmed and registered as PLACED by the respective National Federations. Deadline Feb.21st 2026.

Registration fee: FREE.
In case of a no-show or cancellation after the registration deadline, a fine of €150 has to be paid by the athlete confirmed and not present. The participation in any following CEB event will not be allowed until this fine is paid.
